Visit charge of $110/hour to diagnose insect, disease, or abiotic problem(s). Treatment options & costs, whether treated by DGT or customer, are discussed.

Base fee of $50 plus expense of specific treatment. Specific estimates, based on treatment needed, are provided prior to treatment.
Learn What Can Thrive in Your Soil with a Soil Analysis
- A composite soil sample will be obtained at customer's location for a desired location or landscape purpose (i.e. Full yard, vegetable garden, xeric garden, lawn, or ornamental garden).
- The sample will be processed then submitted to soil lab.
- Soil lab results will be analyzed with advice and options given to customer of how to proceed and implement landscape.
- $175 per soil sampled area.
Residential Consultation: Diagnostic or Design Ideas
- Walk around your yard and get answers for all your questions, including new plant or turf choices, design ideas, recommendations for improving plant health, and diagnosis of tree, lawn, soil, or plant issues billed at $110/hour.

- Photo overlay design: New designs imposed over current photo of project area. Includes an initial client meeting on site to learn design & maintenance desires. Prices start at $240 for 3 hours of design with one client revision. Additional revisions and design time billed at $80/hour.
- Top-down plant & landscape design of remodeled or new project site: Includes an initial client meeting on site to learn design & maintenance desires. Prices start at $400 for 5 hours of design with two client revisions. Additional revisions and design time billed at $80/hour.
- Full plant list with top-down design: A complete list of common and Latin plant names along with top-down design. Prices start at $560 for 7 hours of design with two client revisions. Additional revision and design time billed at $80/hour.

Tree Structural Pruning (Young & Medium Sized Trees)
- Using the pruning priorities of arboriculture, the tree's physiology, & knowledge of the tree's growth hormone locations, pruning cuts are selected to direct growth for a healthier & stronger future, provide protection from snow loading, and also improve the aesthetics of the tree @$75/hr

Lawn Rejuvenation: Aeration, Overseeding,Topdress with 80/20 Plant/Animal Compost
- High Density Aeration @ $70/1,000 sq ft (~12 vertical plugs per sq ft) with reciprocating aerator. No diagonal plugs as is often found with a "rolled" aerator. Dense aeration provides oxygen to the grass roots which is essential for respiration.
- Custom seeding according to your lawn's sun & shade sections using only premium grass species seed (including bluegrass, fine fescue, and rye) that blend seamlessly with your existing lawn to give you a thick healthy lawn everywhere, especially trouble spots in the shade and sun (includes seed & labor) @ $40/1,000 sq ft
- 1.5 cubic yards of organic bio-active compost/1,000 sq ft (organic compost packed with both enzymes and beneficial microbes) & labor to spread/rake in compost @ $300/1,000 sq ft alone or $250/1,000 sq ft if combined with aeration & seeding.
- Best & more permanent results are achieved when all three services are combined at same visit: allowing compost to fill and maintain holes (won't collapse) providing long term delivery to nutrients, oxygen, and conduits for water penetration into your lawn and not into the gutter.

DENSE AERATION: Most professional aeration is rarely done densely enough to benefit a lawn's health. Roots need air to breath. Water and nutrients need to reach the roots to be of benefit. Dense aeration creates conduits for air, nutrients, and water, opening the lawn for the roots to have oxygen, water, and nutrients (rather than running off into the gutter). Dense aeration (at least 12 holes per square foot) also reduces soil compaction and thatch by at least 10%. Wet pockets of lawn at bottom of slopes and water running off the lawn are due to water not penetrating into the soil. Aeration need not be an annual temporary practice. When aeration holes are maintained by compost (achieved through topdressing) positive results can last for many seasons and lower water use by getting the water directly to the roots.
OVER-SEEDING: Over seeding utilizes high germination certified seed that is best suited to our climate to introduce supreme grass varieties to fill in bare spots or increase lawn diversity among existing grass with overall improvement in appearance. The seed is dispersed across the lawn (customized per sunny and shady lawn areas) into fresh aeration holes. The aeration holes provide both space and a more consistent moist environment over the 3-14 days that grass seed takes to germinate.
TOP-DRESSING with 80% Plant based compost and 20% animal based compost: The superior compost is distributed into the aeration holes by the compost spreader. This premium organic compost is packed with both enzymes and beneficial microbes that detoxify your lawn, break down thatch, improve nutrition, & help the soil's overall health. The compost, when combined with dense aeration and over-seeding, will create a lawn that uses less water, has healthier roots & growth, has less need to fertilize, reduces fertilizer & water runoff, and improves the atmosphere for your family and pets to enjoy!

Compost Delivery is extra ($80-210) & can be split between neighbors receiving compost service within same week.
Other considerations:
An average residential lawn of 3,000 sq ft takes 2-3 hours from sprinkler locating, aeration, custom seeding, compost topdressing, and clean up.
Homeowners are encouraged to water lawn 24-48 hours prior to treatment so aeration penetration is improved as well as flag their sprinklers when possible.
After treatment, most lawns can return to immediate normal lawn watering schedule and activities. Aeration plugs will be broken down by mowing.
